Event & sustainability

“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.”

We aimed to embody this quote by Margaret Mead in creating an event as green as possible. Because every small step is a step in the right direction, we took the following actions:

  • Collaborating with local based suppliers,
  • Going as paperless as possible,
  • Placing recycling bins throughout the venues,
  • Requesting our suppliers to avoid any single use plastic,
  • Serving seasonal food,
  • Donating all the food left overs to a local association
