IMDRF 2023

Dr. Xu is the Deputy Commissioner of China National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) and Chair of the Global Harmonization Working Party (GHWP). Dr. Xu has extensive experiences in legal affairs, food and drug safety supervision, inspection and administration, offering over 30 years of excellence in governmental services in the People’s Republic of China. He was elected the GHWP Chair at the 26^th GHWP Annual Meeting on February 16, 2023, in Riyadh of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Dr. Xu held Bachelor and Master Degrees of Economic Laws in China University of Political Science and Law. He completed PhD in Laws in Peking University and Postdoctor in Institute of Law in Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
